Check in
A customer types their phone number. New ones are registered on the spot; returning ones are recognised.
Award points
Staff enter the amount and their own PIN. The maths happens on the server, so nobody can edit it in a browser.
Spin to win
Optional. You set the slices, the prizes and the odds. One spin a day, unlocked by a check-in.
Raffles
Optional. Customers spend points to enter, you draw a winner when you are ready.
Birthdays and referrals
Optional. Reward a birthday within a window you choose, or pay both sides when someone brings a friend.
Vouchers

Questions
Before you ask
Does it cost my customers anything?
No. Membership is free and always has been. Shops pay for the software; your customers do not.
Do they need to download an app?
No. It works in any phone browser at jgrewards.com/app. There are iOS and Android apps if they prefer one.
What hardware do I need?
A tablet at the counter for the kiosk, ideally locked to the app, and any phone or computer for the dashboard. No card reader, printer or scanner.
Can another shop see my customers?
No. Every record is scoped to one shop and matched server-side. It is enforced in the database, not by hiding things in the interface.
Do I have to use the spin wheel and raffles?
No. Both are optional and off unless you switch them on. Plenty of shops run points and rewards alone.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Each location has its own plan, its own counter and its own customers, and we put them on one invoice.
Do points expire?
That is up to you. Switch expiry on and choose how long, or leave it off entirely.
What languages does it speak?
Nine at the counter: English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Русский, 中文, हिंदी, Türkçe and العربية.
